Our Project Management services are classified into three typical stages.

VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) /BIM (Building Information Modelling)

VDC and BIM are related but different
  • BIM creates a digital representation of the building and its utilities etc and VCD uses BIM input to digitally plan out the execution strategy and other related aspects of the project
  • Both VDC and BIM are rapidly being adopted by Owners/ Investors due to their multiple benefits.
  • We at SD Projects have teamed up with one of the pioneering BIM Consulting and Services Company, Mansycom Pvt Ltd based in New Delhi, India (www.mansycom.com). Mansycom Ltd has decades of experience in BIM modelling as well as 4D (Simulation and Planning) and 5D (Cost Estimate and Quantity take off).
  • SDProjects Kft is offering VCD/BIM services to Clients in addition to our Project & Construction Management Services. The modelling work would be done in India but we would place our own BIM Co-ordinator to liaise with the Client and take total responsibility for the service provided.
  • We believe VCD/ BIM service is very cost effective as the additional cost is well covered by reduction of rework, faster schedule and post- handover information storage.
