1. As member of Client’s Project Management team.
If the client has its own engineering resources but needs some additional resources for some key roles, we can fill those roles. Typically, the roles we fill would be.

- Cost Manager

The assigned team members would report to clients Program/ Project Manager and follow the Project Execution Strategy selected by the Client. Typically, the the assignments would commence during the Project Planning Stage.
2. As Independent Project Management team.
We take full responsibility and accountability for successful execution of the project. We would provide all the necessary resources on and off the field for the successful outcome of the project.
